App users need to be registered professionals on the Licence Manager web portal in order to use this app, which is part of a multi-platform cloud based online dog licence purchasing system. Once the app is downloaded, it will ask for username and password (security precaution) before being able to use it. This is the same credentials you use to login to your online licence manager system.
